Aluminium 1070 circles comprise ultra-pure aluminium with a minimum purity of 99.7% Al, with very limited impurities (Fe ≤ 0.25%, Si ≤ 0.08%) and trace amounts of manganese and copper. This non-heat-treatable alloy has a tensile strength of about 60–90 MPa and yield strength in a closely similar low range, together with high elongation and very good ductility. They possess excellent formability for deep drawing, stamping, and bending, as well as superb electrical conductivity (~61% IACS) and effective thermal transfer. Isotropic properties and smooth surface finish render them suitable for critical fabrication and conductive uses.
